Pricing Policies

 

  • The fees listed in this Catalog include the cost of quality control. XRD.US uses reference materials, standards, controls and blank analyses to guarantee the best possible results.

  • All prices are based on single sample submission.

  • Discounts are available. The number of samples to obtain a discount is:

11-50 samples - 10% discount

51-100 samples - 15% discount

101 and more samples - 20% discount

  • Routine analyses are usually completed within 10 working days from the day of receipt.

  • Some sample types may require lengthy preparation and/or clean-up procedures. In such  case, a sample preparation charge will be applied.

  • Prepayment is required for first time clients prior to releasing results.

  • Payment terms are net 30 days of invoice date.

  • Third party billing: A signed authorization must be received from the party being billed for their service. 

  • A late charge of 1.5% per month may be added to all unpaid balances.

  • Delinquent accounts may be served on a C.O.D. basis.

  • Accounts delinquent over 90 days will be scheduled for collection.

  • Minimum charge -- $35/per invoice.

  • Non-routine laboratory work not included in Catalog -- $100 / per hour.

  • Rush orders: We offer  rush order services within 2-4 days or less from the day of  the receipt of samples by XRD.US. Results are provided by phone, fax, or email - a preliminary report is also provided within this period. Please call before sending your samples.

  • Invoices are normally sent out upon the completion of your project - payments can be made by check, Visa, or MasterCard.
